What is an Operational Plan?

 

It is an overview of the daily operation of your business including location, equipment, people, processes, and the surrounding environment.

It’s the ‘cogs and gears’ inside your business; determining the process of getting your product or service to market. In simple and practical terms, an Operational Plan enables the efficient and effective day to day running of your business and it is like a roadmap for everyone else who works in your business as well.

It also establishes the monitoring tools and strategies to ensure consistent and continued delivery of your products or services.
